Womens Boxing

These classes are designed by women specifically for women. So you know that all exercises you will be doing are safe, effective and results based, getting to business on all those target areas you love!

Our classes are run outdoors in the most pristine of locations in Byron Bay, including gorgeous beaches, national parks and recreational grounds. Expect to be toning up your body with boxing for fitness, kickboxing, resistance training, body weight exercises, core strength and stretching.

We provide all equipment needed for body sculpting, you only need to bring some energy, a towel and bottle of H20! YOU WANT RESULTS? You will get them. To measure your fitness gains and body achievements, everybody will be put through a measurable fitness assessment and strength testing. We run these at the beginning and end of every month. Stepping Stone Health & Fitness will now be running an in-house competition amongst participants. This new system of keeping you motivated and on fitness track is exciting and successful.

Personal Training

At Stepping Stone Health & Fitness we believe in a mind, body and spirit approach to your training were physical body training matches emotional wellbeing. We understand that everybody is unique, and exercise needs are going to be different from one person to the next. We specifically design an exercise and nutrition program based on what you need to achieve optimal wellness, and we help you integrate this into your lifestyle.

First we start with a health and wellness consultation to discuss your current level of activity, fitness level, and lifestyle to determine what goals you want to achieve and what we think you need to get started. We will team you up with one of our highly qualified personal trainers who will then help you through the Stepping Stone Health & Fitness assessment and lifestyle questionnaire. Your trainer will look at your long term health and fitness goals and together will work out the steps you need to take (your short term goals) to get there. You will be provided with a training and nutrition log book to start recording your exercise and diet as well as to set out your weekly exercise program.
